I’m really happy to report that I will be an official co-host of the New Year’s Eve celebration in Times Square this year. I’ll be broadcasting for 6.5 hours live from the center of the center of the world - Times Square, New York - on December 31st, counting down until we reach 2010!
You can watch the broadcast live on your computer at http://www.timessquarenyc.org. You can also watch the broadcast through my website, http://www.harrisongreenbaum.com.
I can’t tell you how excited I am to be doing this - to be able to experience the celebration from Times Square itself, to be broadcasting live (with full crew, field producer, hair & make-up, and security - the whole nine yards!), and to be participating in this historic broadcast (the first official world-wide webcast of New Year’s Eve from Times Square).
There’s already been great press about this event, including this article in the New York Times: New Year’s Eve in Times Square is Now a Webcast.
We’ve got a week’s worth of rehearsals coming up - can’t wait to be bringing you (and the rest of the world!) all of the excitement and action from Times Square on New Year’s Eve LIVE!
